This policy explains what Hotel Rate Guide collects and how it is used. We keep data collection minimal.

Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. This records aggregate information such as pages viewed and rough location, not your identity.

Advertising and attribution: when you arrive from an ad, campaign and keyword identifiers in the link (for example utm parameters or a click id) are stored temporarily in your browser session and passed to our booking partners as a tracking reference. This lets us attribute a booking to the right campaign. It does not identify you personally.

Booking partners: once you leave Hotel Rate Guide for a partner site, their own privacy policy governs any data you enter there, including your name, payment details, and reservation.

Cookies and local storage: we use browser session storage only to remember the campaign reference during your visit. We do not sell personal data.
